Amina Stella Steiner is a Vienna-based photographer whose artistic practice focuses on the natural interplay of light, personality, and narrative.

In her work a sensitive visual language prevails, blending the boundaries between portraiture, documentary, and editorial. Her works are often socially engaged and explore the psychological dimensions of the human experience. Her approach is genuine and spontaneous, capturing honest moments that convey emotional depth and presence.

She has been awarded multiple times for her works and received a working scholarship for the advanced course “Contemporary Photography” at Fondazione Studio Marangoni in Florenz, IT.

Her recent project, ‘the things you said’, delves into how spoken words shape our self-image, anticipating the release of a related book in April 2025.
