Shipping

I currently ship to:
→ All countries within the European Union
→ Switzerland
→ United Kingdom

If you would like to order from another country, feel free to email me and I will do my best to make it possible.

Orders are shipped with reliable carriers. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete when ordering. As a one-person business, returned parcels due to address errors or non-collection create significant extra cost and work.

Shipping COSTS

Shipping costs depend on the destination and the size/weight of your order. To keep things simple, I currently offer two shipping categories:
Small | For orders containing one book only
Medium | For orders containing more than one book, or one book together with additional items

The exact shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.

Austria | Small – €3.50 | Medium: €5.00
European Union | Switzerland | United Kingdom | Small – €8.50 | Medium: €13.50

Delivery Times

I will do my best to pack and ship your order as quickly as possible. Please do allow 2-5 business days from order to shipment tho. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country. Delays caused by the carrier, customs (for Switzerland and the UK), or local postal services are outside of my control — but I will always try to help if an issue arises.

VAT INFORMATION

All prices displayed in the shop are shown in Euro (€).

If applicable, prices include Austrian value-added tax (VAT) in accordance with EU regulations.

For orders shipped to countries outside the European Union (e.g. Switzerland or the United Kingdom), local import taxes, customs duties, and handling fees may be charged upon delivery. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs and must be paid by the recipient.

Your Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

Under Austrian and EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you (or a person appointed by you) receive the goods. To exercise this right, simply send an email to hello@aminastellasteiner.com stating that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
→ Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized
→ Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once opened

Returns

If you withdraw from your purchase:
→ You have to send the order back within 14 days of informing me
→ The cost of return shipping is borne by you
→ Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging

Once the goods have arrived back safely, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price.

Please ensure the parcel is securely packaged and sent with sufficient postage. I strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as I cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit.

Important: Non-Acceptance, Non-Collection & Incorrect Address

If a parcel is:
→ not accepted by the customer,
→ not collected in time from a pickup location
→ returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided during checkout,

the parcel is automatically returned to me. In these cases, I reserve the right to deduct the originally incurred shipping costs from the refund amount, as these costs arise despite the order being properly fulfilled on my side.

Damaged or Incorrect Items (Legal Warranty)

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact me immediately at hello@aminastellasteiner.com. This is covered by your statutory warranty rights under Austrian law and does not fall under normal return rules.
